Scenario 1: You´re struggling with the culture of the country you just relocated to? Even the corporate culture within the company you work for changed and your leadership style does not bring the same results, your communication style does not create the drive and commitment you are used to? You are frustrated, irritated, at a loss of alternatives and doubt whether you will reach your business goals?

Many of my clients experience difficulties in the adaptation process to a new (company) culture. Coaching supports them in assessing the new situation on a personal, business and cultural level and developing their solution in order to reach their goals again.

Scenario 2: You followed your husband or wife to realize a career opportunity abroad? You started to experience unrest, became annoyed with your partner who unrooted you and are short-tempered with the kids? You want to have a motivating vision again and started to ask yourself how you can make this stay worthwhile and an opportunity for your own self-development?

I work with the partners of expats who are exploring their options to make their stay worthwhile. Coaching supports them in the development of a personal vision and personal goals. These are linked to personal values, checked against the personal situation like the country, the family situation etc. We then create concrete action points and milestones to move ahead in order to create small and great success stories.

Since starting my practice as an Executive and Life Coach in 2012, I have been coaching international clients working in multinational companies. 

As a German national, I have had the opportunity to live in 5 countries. I work solution-oriented and included Mindfulness in my coaching practice early 2016, allowing me to deepen the client´s experience and making sure that the solutions they develop and the goals they set will and be “right” for them on a long-term basis.
