About Me
CodaKaizen is a 12-week Life Coaching program designed to help people get their lives back on track. The program focuses on building healthy habits, developing structure, and making steady progress towards the person you want to become.

There are two key components to the program:
The Self-Development Snowball is a goal-setting system that helps you set and achieve weekly goals in areas like diet, fitness, sleep, and more. In our weekly 1-hour sessions, we’ll track your progress, adjust what’s not working for you, and build on what is. Over time, this process helps you form healthy habits, create routine, and take control of your life.
In addition, a writing exercise called Hero’s Journey Self-Authoring helps you reframe a challenging experience you went through as a story of growth and character development. Through this process, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of who you are today and who you want to become in the future.
Together, these two tools help you develop the habits and mindset you need to make long-lasting progress – not through drastic change, but through intentional, meaningful steps that add up over time.
