About Me

William Frank Diedrich is a coach, speaker, and the author of four books:
The Road Home, 30 Days to Prosperity, Beyond Blaming, and Adults at Work. He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Western Michigan University and has coached adults for over twenty years. Currently he coaches leaders and leadership teams in the workplace, individuals who desire a change, and people in conflict.

As a coach I am not the knight who rides in to save you. I am more like a mid-wife. I help you to give birth to something great in you. This is not your typical "be positive" message. We need to identify the negative in order to move through it. To identify the negative we need not go into analysis, blaming, or excuses. We'll utilize a technique called Dis-creation in order to release it. Next we will practice the Creation process for who you desire to be. I have a variety of methods and we'll use what best fits you.

Often the change process is a spiritual process. I will utilize whatever your spiritual path is, rather than attempt to impose mine.
