About Me
I’m a mom, a wife, a friend—and yes, a real person who sometimes forgets where I put my coffee while telling my son not to lose his shoes. Life can be messy, and I’ve had my fair share of struggles and moments of “What am I doing with my life?”
But when I’m coaching, it’s not about me. In those moments, it’s 100% about you—your goals, your challenges, your breakthroughs.
That said, I can relate to what my clients share because, at the end of the day, we’re all human. We’ve all wrestled with self-doubt, navigated change, and searched for meaning (and maybe our keys).
I became a certified coach because I know how powerful it is to have someone listen deeply, guide you forward, and remind you that you’ve got this.
I trained at the Erickson Institute in The Art and Science of Coaching and studied Positive Intelligence, learning how to quiet the inner critic and amplify the voice that says, “Yes, you can!”
Over the years, I’ve supported people with:
Coping with change (big or small, planned or totally unexpected)
Making a career shift without losing their minds
Finding purpose and figuring out what really matters
Creating a healthy work-life balance (yes, it’s possible!)

I firmly believe that everyone has what it takes to achieve success. The journey to success is built on dedication, vision, and a well-timed plan. Major transformations often result from taking small, steady steps, which, when combined, lead to significant progress.
Fun fact: I have a bunch of artistic talents that I rarely have time for! From crafting to creating handmade products, I love making things and giving them to everyone I know.

Working with Yara is truly helpful as you leave every coaching session with a lot more clarity than when you entered. You not only benefit from insights on what you truly want and need to do, but also why this is important to you. Every session with her is a huge benefit for me as her client in order to identify both blockers and solutions to overcome them. She is always helping me in clarifying the deep reasons for sometimes being of feeling stuck in any specific situation, understand what is the core component of the current issue and once I have this figured out, how I can have a different approach to address it. The beauty of it is that she does this with questions so powerful and deep which really go at the level of inner values and vision. This is where deep and meaningful answers lie, allow you to have a totally new perspective on the situation.
