I’m Yerelin Checo, MS, Ed.S, LMHC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, behavioral health leader, and life transformation coach dedicated to helping individuals gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My background combines advanced education in psychology and mental health counseling with years of experience in behavioral health, recovery coaching, leadership, and personal development. Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals navigate difficult transitions, overcome barriers, strengthen resilience, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I believe transformation begins with self-awareness, but lasting change requires intentional action.

My coaching approach is compassionate, collaborative, and action-oriented. I integrate evidence-informed principles from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral strategies, and strengths-based coaching to help clients identify limiting beliefs, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
