With a mission of Empowering Individuals to be Healthier, Happier and more Successful. Yousra is An artist, youth activist and a compassionate mentor that works towards building underprivileged communities through social entrepreneurship, Leadership, and dialogue. A results orientated strong networker, with a passion of supporting people in improving their relationships, careers, and Self-esteem. Therefore she founded several mission driven projects focusing on gender-based violence, social discrimination and bullying. Yousra also supports start-ups, social enterprises, and SMEs to accelerate their growth and leverage their success by working with several innovation hubs. Yousra is the current Regional Manager leading Peace First work in MENA where she supports hundreds of people in clarifying their goals, identifying obstacles, and coming up with strategies to overcome their challenges.
