1. Finding core wants/needs.
(Solving "got stuck" situations, both business and personal if needed).
2. Finding the best ways for growth (including unobvious ideas generation, out-of-the-box thinking, creativity - in which I excel).
3. Developing an easy to follow implementation plan.
4. Weekly/biweekly support (correction/troubleshooting/accountability etc.).

Broad industry experience - Financial, FMCG, Agri, IT, Startups.

I started and grew my own firm from scratch to 25 people.

Another side of my work/life balance: I enjoy helping others, volleyball, kayaking, traveling - traveled & lived in 43 countries.
