About Me

With a foundation in Health & Sport Science, my journey began by exploring the mechanics of the human body—how it moves, strengthens, and transforms. But the deeper I went, the clearer it became: the true source of transformation lies not just in form, but in the formless—the mind.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve immersed myself in the study and practice of human potential. From Kriya Yoga to Lucid Dreaming, Martial Arts to Reiki, and deep Mindfulness to Meditation, I’ve experimented, tested, and integrated diverse paths to understand what really creates lasting change.

Alongside my personal journey, I successfully built and ran businesses in the Health & Fitness Industry, where I learned firsthand the power of conscious management and heart-centered leadership. These experiences taught me how to combine high performance with inner peace, and how to lead others with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

Everything I’ve learned now comes together in my signature course, Mind Mastery, and in my private 1:1 coaching. I work with those ready to find deeper balance, joy, and presence—so they can lead, live, and love with intention.
