I’m Zara - a therapy-informed life coach and the founder of Thoughtster. My passion is helping people break free from cycles of self-sabotage, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful relationships while stepping into a more aligned, fulfilling life.

With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy, I blend therapeutic tools with practical, action-based coaching strategies. My approach goes beyond surface-level change - we dig deep to uncover the patterns, beliefs, and blocks that have been holding you back, and then create clear, actionable steps to help you move forward.
