About Me
Zehra Baran is a coach and mentor who specializes in helping professionals design their own unique path to success. Through her coaching, she empowers people to uncover hidden blind spots, overcome self-doubt, and discover their strengths. Zehra helps her clients enhance their leadership skills and executive presence so they can confidently lead themselves, their careers, and their teams with clarity, purpose, and vision.
With over 20 years of experience in high-volume global brand across Sweden, Japan, France, and Turkey, Zehra has built a remarkable career focused on driving sustainable business growth and empowering individuals. She holds a degree in industrial design and a master's in advertising. Her business expertise spans across building, leading and developing diverse, multicultural teams.
She’s always invested in her own development, having completed various training and train-the-trainer programs over two decades. Additionally, Zehra has completed 156 hours of ICF-accredited master coaching training at Coach Companion Scandinavia and is currently pursuing the ICF ACC credential.
