About Me

My journey to this space didn't happen in a straight line. For years, I served as an ordained minister, holding space for people in their deepest emotional and spiritual pain. I also navigated the high-stakes, demanding environment of the corporate business world.

But my deepest education, didn't come from the pulpit or the boardroom. It came from my own body.

Part of my story involves my own profound journey of healing from trauma and chronic pain conditions. I know exactly what it feels like to do all the "right" things—comforting the spirit, pushing the mind, trying to succeed—while remaining physically trapped in burnout, anxiety, and relentless pain loops.

I realized we were treating the spirit and the mind, but completely ignoring the biology.

That personal crisis sent me on a relentless search for real answers. I dove into neuroscience, epigenetics, and the quantum physics of how our bodies actually heal. I discovered that until we speak the language of the nervous system, our trauma stays locked in our cells.

As an Integrative Wellness Practitioner & Coach, my mission is to help you:
1. Regulate your nervous system so your body can finally recover from burnout and fatigue.
2. Find relief from chronic pain (like Fibromyalgia) because I know firsthand that healing is possible.
3. Rewire your subconscious to collapse old realities and build a life of profound self-worth and clarity.
