About Me

I’m deeply passionate about guiding individuals like you to truly thrive, not just get by. To live your “dash” – that tiny line between the dates on a tombstone representing our entire life – to the absolute max. It’s about discovering your authenticity, confidently walking your path, and making a difference in this world.

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, I grew up during one of the most transformative periods in my country’s history. I experienced firsthand the end of apartheid—a system that had profoundly affected my family for generations—and the birth of our democracy in 1994, the year I finished school.

After finishing school, I felt lost, struggling to find my path in a rapidly changing world. I spent many years developing my self-awareness, relentlessly searching for truth and meaning. This journey was marked by significant personal challenges, including navigating through the pain of divorce and the financial strain of bankruptcy.

In 2023, I moved to Amsterdam, and this transition across continents was not just a physical shift but also a profound personal and professional transformation. It exposed me to new cultures and deepened my appreciation for diversity and the universal challenges of finding one's path in life. It was also the start of my journey as an entrepreneur and the realization of my dream of having my own coaching business.

These experiences, though sometimes difficult, taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, self-discovery, and the importance of holistic well-being.

With over 25 years of experience in education, learning and development, and advanced studies in Organizational Psychology, I have honed my skills in designing and delivering transformative programs. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior and leadership dynamics, which I now bring to my coaching practice.
