About Me
I am a Career & Business Coach trained in psychoanalytic coaching, with 15 years of experience building and managing my own business and three successful career transitions across three different countries.
I help professionals and entrepreneurs with career development and career change, entrepreneurship, starting and growing a business, clarity and decision-making, confidence and entrepreneurial mindset, overcoming internal barriers and limiting beliefs, and unlocking their potential.
My approach is highly structured and strategic: we define clear goals, build a realistic strategy, and turn it into concrete actions.
I support my clients throughout the entire process—from finding direction and overcoming obstacles to implementing their strategy and achieving their goals.
Originally from Ukraine, I have built my professional life across three countries, starting from the ground up more than once and successfully navigating three major career transitions.
At 18, I chose an independent professional path. Today, I have 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, including 15 years building and managing a structured business in France.
I developed it into an automated ecosystem with four interconnected areas: a beauty center, a professional product brand, a franchise network, and a Qualiopi-certified training organization offering in-person and online education. I managed a team of up to 18 people across professional services, marketing, advertising, and digital development. I received five French innovation awards, organized professional conferences, and regularly spoke at industry events. The business now operates independently of me and remains number one in its niche in France.
Why did so many of my clients become strong professionals and competitors? Because I never taught only technical skills. I helped them develop an entrepreneurial mindset, confidence, independence, discipline, and an orientation toward success.

We havent had many sessions yet, but the results have been much stronger and have come much faster than I expected. Each of our sessions focuses on a different topic, and what especially surprises me is that we dont need to return to the previous topic in the next session.
