About Me
I am a Career & Business Coach trained in psychoanalytic coaching. My approach combines psychoanalytic coaching tools with 15 years of real-world business experience. When appropriate, I also use personal and business astrology as additional tools for deeper insight. I work internationally and offer coaching in English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian.
A central part of my work is helping you identify and unlock your potential, recognize the strengths and resources you already have, and develop the ones you need to move forward. An important part of this process is finding a path that gives you energy and motivation. The goal is not to force yourself through change, but to connect with what genuinely drives you, so you can move forward with greater confidence, energy, and desire to achieve your goal.
Each session focuses on one specific result that brings you closer to your larger goal. We identify what is holding you back and work through internal barriers, fears, limiting beliefs, or practical obstacles.
My coaching is highly structured and strategic. We begin by defining a clear long-term goal—what you really want to achieve and where you want to go. Then we break that goal down into realistic steps and keep our work focused on moving toward it.
Each session ends with a clear result and concrete next steps. You will have specific actions to take within the first 24 hours and practical assignments for the following one to two weeks, helping you maintain momentum between sessions.

We havent had many sessions yet, but the results have been much stronger and have come much faster than I expected. Each of our sessions focuses on a different topic, and what especially surprises me is that we dont need to return to the previous topic in the next session.
