About Me
I am an experienced career development coach who is recognized for my positive energy and my natural and engaging approach to coaching. I'm passionate about creating opportunities for people to live a life they dream of living. My aim is to create an environment that fosters personal exploration and growth because "If we all did the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves."
I consult with individuals, athletes and groups through workshops and coaching sessions. Using my past experience, the Implicit Career Search and the Human Element, I deliver programs in which clients experiences include: improved personal and work relationships, better ability to manage stress, increased emotional intelligence, greater self-awareness, stronger self-determination and enhanced self-concept.

Andrea's coaching sytle and personality is infectious. She is full of energy, fun and empathetic. I felt understood and listened to, although she didn't let me talk my way out of or around issues. She focuses solutions and helped me take action to create the life I want...and I did.

Andrea helped me overcome and find peace in an abusive relationship. I have always been told I need to forgive him to move on, only I never new how or if it was even possible.
