So far we've asked you to do Acts of Kindness for your friends, your family, your coworkers, your mailman, and even your dog. Today, then, we want you to kick back and take care of you. So draw yourself a nice bath, treat yourself to a glass of wine, or just relax by the fireplace with a copy of your favorite book. In short, be kind to yourself. You deserve it.
