My clients are thoughtful, successful, and growth-minded. They’re used to figuring things out—but relationships feel harder than they should. They want to handle love, conflict, and even breakups with honesty and integrity. They want real change, not just more talking.
That’s where I come in. I’m not just here to listen. I’m here to help you take action. Together, we’ll get clear on what you want, identify what’s getting in the way, and build the skills you need—like staying calm during hard conversations, expressing what really matters, and breaking old patterns for good.
I came to this work after years in an unfulfilling marriage that ended in divorce. I know firsthand how painful it is to feel stuck and how powerful it is to finally move forward.
Along the way, I became certified in:
Conscious Uncoupling (for breakups done with kindness and respect)
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) (to change limiting beliefs at the root)
Integrative Health Coaching (Duke Integrative Medicine)
Before all this, I was a Registered Nurse, so I’ve always believed that real healing is possible—with the right support.
