About Me

My path to transformative coaching was born not just from medical textbooks, but from lived experience—witnessing how illness, loss, and transition reshape more than our bodies. Over two decades as a practicing physician taught me a vital truth: real healing addresses not only the physical, but also the emotional and relational aspects of our lives.

I’ve seen how people become defined by illness—or by the stories they carry in its aftermath. Many struggle in silence, trapped in limiting narratives about their worth, confidence, and identity. My personal journey mirrors this complexity. From growing up in New Delhi, to navigating immigration, loss, and major life changes, I’ve lived the very transitions I now help clients move through.

My coaching practice was created to fill a missing piece in the healing journey—where confidence, connection, and intimacy are often left behind. Here, clients move beyond recovery to reclaim their strength and rewrite their story with authenticity, renewed purpose, and vibrant vitality.
