About Me
I came to coaching not only through formal training, but also through lived experience—navigating illness, loss, migration, career reinvention, and the invisible work of starting over. After more than 20 years as a practicing physician, I realized that healing and growth don’t stop at the physical level. What happens after—the questions of identity, purpose, confidence, and direction—can be just as complex, and often overlooked.
Through my own journey of career shifts, personal losses, and life transitions, I learned that clarity rarely arrives all at once. It is built step by step, through honest reflection, the right support, and consistent action. That’s the perspective I bring to coaching: practical, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the real challenges people face when standing at a crossroads.
I work with clients who feel stuck, stretched thin, or uncertain of what comes next. Many are high-functioning professionals, caregivers, or parents who have spent years meeting others’ needs while neglecting their own. Some are navigating chronic illness, burnout, or major career transitions. Others are working through relationship struggles, or seeking healthier ways to connect with themselves and others. I also specialize in coaching individuals with ADHD, neurodivergence, and those on the autism spectrum—helping them create structure, manage overwhelm, and harness their unique strengths.
My background in medicine is complemented by certifications in intimacy and sexual health, as well as professional coach training through NYU. More than credentials, what defines my approach is how I integrate medical insight, emotional depth, and evidence-based tools with genuine care.
Coaching with me isn’t about “fixing.” It’s about reconnecting with who you are now, clarifying what matters most, and moving forward with intention. Together, we uncover the patterns that hold you back, build practical systems that support your growth, and create sustainable, values-aligned change.
My style is direct, thoughtful, and collaborative. Whether you are navigating burnout, chronic illness, neurodivergence, relationship or career transitions, I will help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and confidence in your next chapter.
Reviews
Working with Dr. Aditya was a turning point for my well-being while I navigated a complex medical treatment. I honestly didnt expect therapy to make such a noticeable difference to my day-to-day life. But over a few weeks, the shifts were realmy sleep improved, I started eating better, and more than anything, I began feeling like myself again. What stood out to me was the way Dr. Aditya created a space of deep comfort and non-judgment. He helped me build better habits (the hardest part!)but also a better relationship with myself. Id wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone whos looking for guidance thats both compassionate and grounded.
