I was new to the world of coaching, not quite sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. After 6 sessions with Adriaan, I feel like we have really narrowed down on some pertinent matters holding me back from moving forward. Coaching strikes a great balance between "professional" and personal matters with an absolute focus on practical steps to move forward. That is the part I enjoy. Adriaan is a great coach. He "gets" it and he has an excellent ability to cut through the noise and get to the heart of the matter and he is firm when it matters. His experience clearly shows and if you are in doubt about whether or not this is for you - do it. You have nothing to lose, everything to gain. I am a convert to coaching because it has a measurable impact that transpires in a timeframe that fits your schedule.
