I am a Certified Wholistic Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach. I help women learn how to cut cravings, so they can finally get off the foods they are struggling with. This also helps them stick to their eating plans, when they previously always seem to 'fall off the wagon'. I am introverted myself, and I understand not wanting to be on a live call and feel awkward, that is why I offer email coaching. It is convenient for time and is much more private and comfortable.
