About Me
No matter what you do, you can't get yourself to work on the things that truly matter to you. You feel stuck in an endless cycle of overwhelm, procrastination, and low self-esteem: you get excited about a new productivity system that truly feels like the answer to all your problems, but once the excitement of your new system fades, you quickly abandon it.
As someone with ADHD, I've been there. I know life coaching can help because finding the right coach helped me find focus, balance, and clarity. Having someone who supports you and understands your exact struggles can give you the self-confidence and motivation you need to make sustained progress.
As a Zen Buddhist practitioner and a Certified Professional Life Coach, I have found many parallels between mindfulness and the coaching solutions that truly work for ADHD-related challenges like executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, and procrastination. I take what I have learned in my Zen practice and apply it through a secular lens so I can help clients with ADHD (regardless of their spiritual beliefs or lack thereof) to gain lasting confidence through goal setting.
Whatever ADHD-related challenges are holding you back, I will work with you to create a plan tailored to your specific needs so you can finally accomplish your long-term goals. I will provide accountability, offer solutions and systems that work with your ADHD, and I will be there to support you at every step of the way to create lasting habits that will allow you to live with purpose.
Choosing a life coach can be an overwhelming process. I understand that it is a big investment, so I offer prospective clients a full 50-minute trial session for free so they can decide risk-free whether I am the best coach for their needs.
Congratulations on taking the first step in your life coaching journey! I can't wait for you to experience all the benefits that coaching can bring to your life.

Alexandra has been such a gift in my life! She has helped me prioritize and make steady progress on a wide variety of long-standing tasks. Her encouragement and organization helped me regain momentum and complete work that had been sitting on my list for years. More than that, we've had time to talk about other creative work I'm pursuing. She is a great listener who is comfortable talking about anything, and I feel so deeply inspired after our meetings. I've had several new project ideas over the course of our work together, and I always look forward to sharing them with her first! She has also helped me to recognize all the work I've been completing that I often forget about and don't give myself credit for. She is catalytic to anyone wanting to move through any work they are stuck on (particularly creatives and neurodivergents) and has saved me so much time and energy across the sessions.

Working with Alexandra has been incredibly helpful and worthwhile. She is patient, really listens, and asks questions that help me think critically about and reflect on my current processes. Alexandra provides a non-judgmental and thought-provoking space that has really helped me change old habits that Id been stuck in for a while. Whats more is I feel like Im making real progress. If youre in search of a caring, insightful life coach who challenges you but in a supportive way, Alexandra is for you!

Working with Alexandra has been a pleasure. She creates a comfortable, supportive environment where it feels easy to think out loud and explore both practical challenges and the emotions underneath them. What stood out to me most was how present she was throughout each session. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me the space to arrive at my own insights rather than rushing me to solutions. In just three sessions, she helped me break a stalled relocation/decluttering project into manageable pieces. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by the entire project, I left each session with a clear next step and the motivation to keep moving forward. If you're looking for a coach who will listen deeply, help you think differently about a challenge, and leave you with practical next steps, I strongly recommend working with Alexandra.

Working with Alexandra has really helped me gain traction towards achieving my goals. Her approach allows me the space to think creatively about the obstacles in my path. She asks inquisitive questions that make me think outside the box, and she does a great job of keeping me on task for the session. I feel her coaching has made a real difference in my productivity.
