About Me

I believe communication is the foundation of every meaningful relationship - with yourself, your partner, your family, or your team. When it breaks down, trust falters and everything else wobbles. When it flows with clear direction and compassion, connection thrives, and people feel truly heard and understood.
That conviction comes from lived experience. After decades in the corporate IT world, leading teams and managing big changes, I saw the frustration when they didn’t feel heard. Later, in my personal life, I experienced the heartbreaking impact of a relationship where communication had collapsed. Both experiences humbled me and ignited my passion to look deeper into the art of communication.
This led me to train as a professional coach through Stellenbosch Business School and to qualify as a certified Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) practitioner, a neuroscience-based assessment that provides insight into different thinking preferences. Now I blend the NBI framework with a warm, empathetic coaching style to help individuals, couples, and teams see their blind spots and build stronger ways of relating.
My philosophy is simple: every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. No one is broken or in need of fixing. We each carry the innate ability to adapt, connect, and thrive; sometimes we just need the right mirror and a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space to see it. Together, we uncover patterns or triggers, ask better questions, and practise new approaches so communication becomes clearer and connection grows stronger.
Clients often say they leave with more confidence, healthier conversations, and renewed hope. For me, the most rewarding moment is seeing someone realise they’re not stuck - there is another way forward, and it’s already within their reach.
