About Me

I didn’t set out to become a coach.
I started my career in IT — back when technology looked very different from what it does today! Over the years, my work moved from systems and technology to change, communication and leadership… and somewhere along the way, I realised that the part that interested me most was always the people.
Why do perfectly intelligent people misunderstand each other?
Why do we resist change, even when we know it may be good for us?
Why can one person see an obvious solution while someone else sees an obvious risk?
Those questions still fascinate me.
This led me to train as a professional coach through Stellenbosch Business School and to qualify as a certified Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) practitioner, a neuroscience-based assessment that provides insight into different thinking preferences. Now I blend the NBI framework with a warm, empathetic coaching style to solve individuals', couples', and teams' blind spots and build stronger ways of relating with each other.
My philosophy is simple: every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. No one is broken or in need of fixing. We each carry the innate ability to adapt, connect, and thrive; sometimes we just need the right mirror and a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space to see it. Together, we uncover patterns or triggers, ask better questions, and practise new approaches so communication becomes clearer and connection grows stronger.
Clients often say they leave with more confidence, healthier conversations, and renewed hope. For me, the most rewarding moment is seeing someone realise they’re not stuck - there is another way forward, and it’s already within their reach.
