About Me

I’m a mindset coach who believes true transformation starts within—and radiates outward. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health and crisis field, I’ve walked alongside individuals through some of their darkest moments, supporting them with finding clarity, building resilience, and mostly just meeting them where they’re at. Though my professional experience is only part of my story.

As a single mother, survivor of life-long abuse and former “system raised” youth, I’m one of many who have lived through realities that most only read about. I know how it feels when your hate-driven beliefs have molded your mind, silencing who you truly are. I’ve been there. Then just like you I decided, one day, enough was enough. Enough complaining, enough jealousy, enough of seeing the worst first, enough of being the victim, enough emotional outbursts, enough of feeling unworthy of my desires, and believing I’m not ENOUGH. Then, again, just like you, I decided to try believing in myself. Couldn’t hurt, right?

My coaching approach blends growth mindset work with spiritual guidance—drawing from intuition, energy alignment, and soul work. I create safe, judgment-free spaces where you can reconnect with yourself, break generational patterns, and rewrite your story.
