About Me

I have personally felt the crippling effects of Chronic Stress & Anxiety - feeling this overwhelming sense of being "out of control" on a consistent basis. I know what it is like to be sick to your stomach, have shaky hands, experience mental shutdown and endure panic attacks BUT do you know what the worst feeling of all is? Not knowing why it is happening and what to do about it.

I UNDERSTAND and if I can help show what I learned through my holistic journey in gaining autonomy over my life, dealing with the tension and finding major relief from these symptoms, I want to do so. 

So, I got to work! I earned my BA in Psychology through Grand Canyon University (GCU, Class of 2023), and received my certification of completion as a Health and Life Coach through Health Coach Institute (HCI, January 2022). JAC is my business, named and inspired after Mom, Jacque. I believe we all need someone in life who can come alongside us, withhold judgement and help us process through life. My Mom has been there for me in that way and I want to reflect that kind of care to all my clients.

About me: I cherish honesty, real conversations, laughing till you almost pee your pants, enjoying the small things and well, I could go on but you get the idea. I do need to mention I have an abnormal obsession with finding the best latte I can get my hands on. So far, Sydney, Australia is #1 for me when it comes to that. I have a serious case of wanderlust and because of it I have moved multiple times...just try to it out. I am proud to say Arizona is home now!
