With 20+ years in law enforcement—serving as a Lieutenant and leading over 30 professionals—I’ve learned how to stay grounded in chaos and elevate through adversity. I rebuilt my life after divorce, reconnected with my children, remarried my true love, and found my voice again. That’s the heart of my coaching: helping others do the same.
