About Me

As a young child Sofia was always curious about spirit and as a result studied various spiritual paths. Early on in her life she began a personal relationship with Creator and the Universe and met many of her spirit guides that have guided her life in a very precious way. Through that relationship she has a profound love for “la natulareza” “nature” and all of creation. She studies plants and is interested in the healing medicine that they provide always thanking the plants for all that they give us. Ana is Latina and practices her spiritual roots that have been handed down to her by her ancestors. She believes in spirit medicine or earth medicine that all ancestors from all walks of life practiced. She has a reverence for la naturaleza for humanity and for all that is Creator.
