About Me

My approach to coaching is a soul-led alignment for the client to reach their truest, most authentic self. I help client’s release their limiting beliefs and thought patterns that are in the way of their success. I’ve developed a simple 5 step process that helps clients reach a breakthrough that leads to their desired goal.

I earned a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from National Louis University, allowing me to bridge the gap between grounded, therapeutic support and intuitive, soul-led coaching.

Over the years, I’ve continued expanding my approach by adding tools like reflexology, past life regression hypnotherapy, and most recently, sound therapy.

My style is integrative, trauma-aware, and deeply personalized. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, spiritual disconnection, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk with you—combining proven techniques with powerful energetic healing to help you find peace, clarity, and alignment.
