About Me

I studied coaching through the John Maxwell Team. I embrace the ideas that everyone is creative, resourceful and whole and it is by asking deep and probing questions that the client will find the answers within. After completing the coaching course, I signed up for a year mentoring program to study with one of the most successful coaches in the industry. The mentoring program has fully prepared me to engage in the coaching process and focus on obtaining the clients' desired results.

I can help bring balance to life, build confidence and self-acceptance. The ability to fully accept and love ourselves is at the heart of our ability to succeed. Our subconscious minds will limit our ability to achieve more than we believe to be true about ourselves and our abilities.

I enjoy working with people who are going through transitions in life and need to discover the next steps by creating an action plan. I also enjoy helping entrepreneurs with mindset issues to help them take their businesses to the next level while putting in safeguards that prevent their business from taking over their lives. I also teach leadership skills to enhance an entrepreneurs ability to lead and grow a team.
