About Me

Born and partially raised in Taiwan, I moved to Virginia with my family at a young age. Through my work and my husband's job, I lived in New York, Paris, and London, and currently in Santiago, Chile. Having to pick up new languages and living in culturally different environments throughout my life has taught me to be curious, resilient, open-minded, and non-judgmental.

My background is in business management. I worked on the creative and business side of the fashion industry for companies such as Wilhelmina Models, Stella McCartney, and eBay UK for 17 years. Whilst managing a team of 6, I found my calling in helping people to reach their potential. I am certified by the Jay Shetty Certification School as a life coach.

I love animals, nature, and adventures. In my free time, you can find me rock climbing, or falling off my mountain bike. Being in nature makes me feel aligned with my mind, body, and spirit. A holistic approach to life is what I have found to be most rewarding, and it's the foundation of my coaching philosophy and my life.

As a coach, I help women of all ages and backgrounds to overcome personal and professional challenges. So they can live the life and have the career they desire. I look forward to working with you in living a purposeful and meaningful life.
