Hi, I’m Barbara, a coach-in-training currently completing my ICF Level 2 certification through Erickson Coaching International.

My journey into coaching began with a deep personal interest in self-awareness and transformation. With a background in HR and communication, I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories, especially during moments of change, uncertainty, or growth. Coaching felt like a natural next step: a way to create meaningful, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and take purposeful steps forward.
