About Me
Let’s consider YOU – where are you: feeling unfulfilled or “stuck” in your current position; looking to change your career path; feeling opportunities are passing you by; unhappiness with your job negatively impacting your personal life; upward mobility blocked by the "glass ceiling"; inability to know where to start on a project; or feeling the need to improve your capabilities? Wherever you are currently, coaching offers the opportunity to eliminate what may be blocking your path and guide you toward achievement and success.
This is where I come in! To me, coaching isn’t a job, it’s a passion where my fulfillment comes from my clients’ success. Through four decades of diverse business experiences, I have been privileged to coach all levels of managers and supervisors, including women being discriminated against, as well as employees in a myriad of jobs; teams; and business units. Coaching focuses on the unique needs, concerns and goals of each person, team and business unit.
I am committed to working in partnership with you and sharing what I have learned over the years to help you identify and achieve goals, while avoiding many of the pitfalls that challenge progress. My approach is:
• Holistic – understanding that activities within a person’s personal and professional life are intertwined and must be in synch to attain goals so both are considered in the coaching process.
• Performance-based – because how well you complete specific tasks or activities both professionally and personally are an indication of how well you are performing and improving performance leads to success so coaching is centered around performance.
• Measurable – since without metrics we have no confirmation that our efforts have been successful.
