About Me

If you feel that you want to be healthier, happier, motivated, refreshed and or renewed, I can help. I am a relationship, career and transition coach. I also combine consulting and coaching, something I have done for candidates seeking elected office.

Why would you want to hire me as your coach? Because I have accomplished what I have set out to do; and I have survived, felt the pain and the struggle and climbed mountains and come out better on the other side. I have taken each and every one of my life experiences, drawn from them both in skills and well-being seeing the silver lining and you can as well. It’s about motivation, adjustment and transitions.
