Hello and welcome! I have helped countless life-coaching clients discover their values and achieve their goals, and I can help you too. Before becoming a certified life coach, adjunct professor of psychology, therapist, and earning my master's degree in social work and PsyD in ministry counseling, I was a TV broadcast journalist.

In my quest to be the best journalist possible, I taught myself to approach anyone (including two United States Presidents and hundreds of movie stars) without fear or self-consciousness, telling myself that I am kind and respectful and that no one is fundamentally more worthy than anyone else. Each of us is flawed (and flawless) in our own way! Don’t stand by and wait for good things to fall into your lap; let me help you get what you want and value in life - and enjoy it!
