I began my career in financial services and then found myself managing the finances of $1.2 billion development portfolios as a diplomat in US Foreign Assistance. In all that time, it was never the complexity of the numbers that were the issue - it was always individual motivation and team dynamics. Because of that, I began exploring proven techniques to unlock human potential, and naturally, became a coach.
