About Me

I support folks who aspire to bring to life the fullest expression of their authentic self in their work, relationships, and communities and who recognize that attending to their own development ultimately enriches their relationships and strengthens the impact of their work.

My clients are intrepid explorers of the human experience - people who want to build a life that is fueled by relentless learning, open to possibility, and rooted in action. They also want a life that is filled with a deep sense of connection, meaning, and plenty of play! They are ready to challenge themselves to uncover blind spots, confront limiting patterns and beliefs, and try on new ways of being. They know this can be difficult work that takes time and commitment and recognize the value of support.

My approach merges inquiry and practice to help clients cultivate life-long competencies that extend beyond the timeframe of the coaching relationship. Through carefully crafted coaching programs grounded in custom practices and observable outcomes, I incorporate the whole person into the coaching process in order to ensure that all aspects of the client are invited to come to life in a way that feels most vital and authentic to them.

My Background:
I have been working in cross-cultural and experiential education in Nepal, India, and Latin America with a focus on leadership development and responsible and impactful global citizenry. My experience working with international communities and immersing myself in diverse worldviews has led me to explore diverse modalities of leadership and personal development. This has deeply influenced my approach to coaching. Now, as a certified Integral Coach®, I remain committed to supporting others to step more fully into their own unique brilliance in order to better contribute to a more compassionate world
