About Me

Brigitte Blandin (Toulouse, 1977) is an ACC coach (Associate Certified Coach) by ICF (International Coaching Federation) and has trained in 5 coaching schools (ESINEC, ENEB, Ana Merlino, Salutis Health Coaching and Neuro Change Institute). A lover of the health and well-being of others, with all her knowledge and more than 10 years of experience in the sector, she has also been the creator of Enjoy Life: a pioneering training in Valencia that fuses coaching, neuroscience and the therapeutic clown.

She has lived in the city of Valencia for 20 years, which she adores. She may have a special affection for this figure, since she has also dedicated 20 years to the pharmaceutical sector working in different pharmacies in France, the country of her birth. During her years of profession in this industry, she has constantly collaborated with Pierre Fabre, one of the most important laboratories in the country.
Most of her life and through not only her family environment (her parents were often sick), she observed how her friends constantly resorted to medications to reduce physical problems. Despite her profession, she wanted to go further and look for (and understand!) the root of psychosomatic illnesses and the reason for the physical pathologies in her environment.
