About Me

A little about me…I obtained my Masters degree from Pepperdine Universities Graduate School of Education and Psychology in 2021. I was lucky enough to graduate with honors both in my undergrad and graduate degrees and to become a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, The National Society of Leadership and Success as well as an official associate of the American Psychological Association.

I am a Certified Master Life Coach from an International Coaching Federation credentialed program. I find my joy in helping others start the journey into looking within and identifying all those things that make them who they are. Helping them acknowledge those areas where stress and anxiety are leading the way, what those red flags are, how to anticipate them and then help them with coping mechanisms and mindfulness tools to calm their mind and biological responses. In my practice, I use various assessments and skills training to help others become authentically comfortable to face transitions and change as they come!

In addition, I am a certified Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CSM) for a local Mental Health provider as well as a Counselor for Cerebral. In both positions I provide clients with an understanding of their diagnosis, treatment plans and medications that may have been provided in conjunction with psychotherapy tools and rehabilitation skills. I utilize psychological assessments such as the ANSA, PCRP or Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale to aid in gauging where my clients are at in their mental/physical and spiritual space.
