About Me

I’m Caroline, a spiritual life coach, meditation teacher, energy healer, and Voicekeeper™. I work with women who feel disconnected from themselves after years of overgiving, role holding, and pushing through. My clients are often navigating burnout, identity shifts, or a quiet knowing that the life they are living no longer fits.

My work centers on helping women reconnect with their inner voice and rebuild their lives from that place of truth. Together, we focus on releasing what is draining your energy, clarifying what actually matters to you now, and creating rhythms that support your nervous system, creativity, and sense of self.

My own path into this work was shaped by burnout, loss of identity, and major life transitions. As a former ballet dancer, podcaster, strategist, and homeschooling mother of three, I understand how easy it is to disappear inside responsibility, ambition, or care for others. Reclaiming my voice was not about fixing myself or striving harder. It was about slowing down, learning to listen again, and rebuilding trust with my body and intuition.

In our sessions, I offer a grounded, judgment free space that blends spiritual coaching with practical integration. Depending on your needs, we may work with meditation, intuitive reflection, somatic practices, energy work, or simple rituals that help you feel anchored and clear. This is not about bypassing real life challenges, but about meeting them with more self trust and internal stability.

I am trained in spiritual life coaching, meditation teaching, and energy healing, with nearly a decade of experience supporting women around voice, visibility, and self expression. I believe you already carry deep wisdom within you. My role is to help you hear it clearly, trust it fully, and begin living in alignment with it.
