About Me

I’m Caroline—a spiritual life coach, meditation teacher, and Voicekeeper™. I help women who feel like they’ve lost themselves in the roles they hold reconnect with their voice, reclaim their truth, and live in a rhythm that feels like home.

My own journey into this work began after years of overgiving, burnout, and life events that shook my sense of self. As a former ballet dancer, podcaster, strategist, and homeschooling mom of three, I know what it’s like to pour yourself into everyone and everything else—only to realize you’ve disappeared in the process. Finding my voice again wasn’t about pushing harder; it was about slowing down, listening deeply, and allowing myself to be led by what felt true.

In our sessions, I offer a grounded, judgment-free space that blends deep listening, intuitive guidance, and practical strategy. We might work with reflective questions, guided meditation, somatic practices, or simple rituals—always tailored to your needs and season of life.

I’m trained in spiritual coaching and meditation, with a background in creative strategy and nearly a decade of experience helping women express themselves through voice and visibility. My approach is rooted in the belief that you already carry your own answers. My role is to help you hear them clearly, trust them fully, and embody them confidently.
