About Me

I’m Caroline—a spiritual life coach, meditation teacher, energy healer, and Voicekeeper™. I support women who feel lost in the roles they hold to reconnect with their voice, reclaim their truth, and create a rhythm that feels like home.

My own path into this work was shaped by overgiving, burnout, and life experiences that shook my sense of self. As a former ballet dancer, podcaster, strategist, and homeschooling mom of three, I know what it’s like to pour into everyone else—only to realize you’ve disappeared in the process. Reclaiming my voice wasn’t about doing more; it was about slowing down, listening deeply, and following what felt true.

In our sessions, I offer a grounded, judgment-free space that blends intuitive guidance with practical strategy. Together, we might use reflection, meditation, somatic practices, or ritual—always tailored to your needs and season of life.

Trained in spiritual coaching, meditation, and energy work, with nearly a decade of experience in voice and visibility, I believe you already carry the answers you seek. My role is to help you hear them clearly, trust them fully, and embody them with confidence.
