My belief is that if you are not growing you are dying! Life is work and work is life, and that the latitude for creativity and innovation, fun, joy and fulfillment is a choice. A choice that many make after 50, 40, 30, 20 years of being in a career/industry or if you are one of the fast movers, you sensed that way earlier than most, and thus are here for a different reasons.
