About Me

I am Carrie Burton, they/she. I have studied sexuality, gender, and relationship styles since 2001. I have studied psychology and sociology around sexuality, gender, relationship styles, and subcultures. I have been teaching sexuality education and relationship coach professionally since 2010. I have experience in coaching clients in a variety of relationship styles and dynamics on communication, as well as individuals on embracing their own sexuality and creating intimacy through those new stages. I received my certification as a sexuality and relationship educator through Everyone Deserves Sex Ed (EDSE) in 2019. I received my certification as a relationship coach and as a sex coach through Loveology University in 2021. I am certified in providing both age-appropriate sexuality education and LGBTQIA+ affirming care through Essential Access Health.

All of my coaching services are personalized. I work with clients to create obtainable goals, and a plan to achieve those goals. I have a family meeting formula I follow and teach to families conflict resolution skills. My sexual health coaching services focus on affirming and helping clients with self-esteem, acceptance, and unlearning Purity Culture messaging. I offer relationship coaching to all relationship dynamics; dyads (couples), triads, quads, and other polycule configurations.
