I have personally experienced betrayal in my marriage and continue to pursue healing. The step that begin my journey was working with a coach! She validated me, listened non-judgmentally, pointed me toward resources, and let me know from her own story that healing was possible. Today, I am ready to be that coach for you. Whether you recently found out your spouse or significance other has been unfaithful or you have been suffering for quite some time, we can begin today to move toward healing. I enjoy coaching using ideas from Internal Family Systems, an approach that empowers ones True Self to heal and lead all the different and unique parts of your personality. Together, we can build your support system, make sure you have all the facts, and work out all the logistics of dealing with the affects of betrayal on your day to day life.
