About Me
Since September 2015, I have been providing professional coaching in various settings for a diversity of people. I have a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University in Human Services Counseling specializing in Life Coaching. I am also a certified professional coach through Certified Life Coaching Institute accredited by the International Coaching Federation (IFC). I continuously seek out transformative ways to guide individuals in discovering their inner strength and potential.
My enthusiasm for the wellbeing of every individual combined with my love for Jesus Christ all govern my Christian walk. This fervor helps in generating innovative ideas and exercises for revolutionary outcomes. As a Transformative Thinking Life Coach, I have experienced breakthroughs in the shared areas offered in my Life Coaching practice as it relates to esteem, codependency, rejection, self worth, and spirituality. Having experienced these areas of struggle myself, I understand the importance of being a Life Coach who grants a person the necessary environment to discover what they’ve allowed themselves to dismiss and deem as normal over time.

Coach Cassonia Glass provides life-changing insights through her coaching. When I started my journey to receive life coaching, I came to Coach Glass with many misunderstandings, behaviors, habits, and hurts that I had allowed from others for many years. I became complacent and stuck in my thought partner's continuous cycle of remaining stuck, which created a person who was afraid to take the necessary steps to move forward. I'm so grateful for my coaching sessions with Cassonia! I never considered life coaching in the past. However, I was going through a major transition - I was moving and looking to start a new job - so I decided to give it a try. Through coaching, Cassonia helped me to gain a better perspective on my current situation, set achievable goals, and create a plan of action. A huge biproduct of our sessions is that I was hired for a job that aligns with my values and skillset.
