About Me

I’m Coach Chanel, based in Seattle, working as a Life Coach, Mental Health Coach, and certified NLP practitioner. My early career began in medicine—I studied medical science, worked in clinical labs, pharmaceutical consulting, and even practiced dentistry. Along the way, I never stopped exploring psychology, mental health, and mind-body wellness. Through these diverse experiences, I discovered what I’m most passionate about and gifted in: truly seeing people—their potential, their struggles and blocks, and even the unspoken desires they hold inside.

Today, I run my private practice, Chanel & Co. Coaching, where I offer online one-on-one sessions blending coaching and counseling-style conversations. Most of my clients are Chinese women in their 30s and beyond, living abroad—often in North America—who on the surface appear to have a “good life,” but inside feel stuck, unclear, or longing for deeper fulfillment and nourishment.

The core areas I help clients navigate include:
-Inner exploration and building a sense of authenticity
-Emotional resilience and mindset transformation
-Career direction and life planning
-Balancing marriage, intimate relationships, and motherhood
-Adjusting to life as a new immigrant or within a cross-cultural setting

My approach is less about rushing to conclusions or “diagnosing” and more about walking alongside you—helping you see more clearly, and discovering your way forward. Sometimes that looks like a powerful question, sometimes a gentle sharing of knowledge or perspective, and sometimes simply holding space with presence until you find yourself saying: “I feel clearer now,” or “I’m ready.”
