About Me

I work with English-speaking expats who are navigating major life transitions and feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next step. Moving countries can look exciting from the outside, but it often brings hidden challenges — loss of identity, uncertainty, loneliness, and the pressure to rebuild your life while trying to hold everything together.

My coaching creates a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and understand what’s really keeping you stuck. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that may be shaping your experience, and create meaningful shifts from the inside out. Whether your challenges are related to career, relationships, relocation, or life in general, our work together focuses on understanding what feels out of alignment and creating the shifts that help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My approach combines deep listening and exploration, intuitive guidance, nervous system reset, and practical tools for emotional resilience. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching or surface-level advice. Each person carries a unique story, and my work is about helping you make sense of yours in a way that creates real clarity and lasting change- you’ll gain practical tools and deeper self-awareness that you can continue using long after our work together, in future challenges and life transitions.

My role is not to tell you what to do — it’s to help you hear your own inner wisdom more clearly, so you can make decisions from confidence instead of fear.
