About Me
Clients that work with me want to:
- At least double their salary in the next year (yes, it's possible!)
- Step into real leadership opportunities
- Find the job or role that truly excites and energizes them
- Break of our employment, start a side gig, or your own company
Many people in tech find themselves stuck in place. The early years of your career may have been full of progress, but now you’ve reached a point where the next step isn’t clear. You’ve been doing the work, sometimes for years, yet you’re still not seen as someone others look to for leadership. The promotion you’ve been waiting for keeps getting delayed—or maybe it was never really coming at all.
At the same time, you feel a tension inside. On the surface, you’re performing well enough, but deep down you sense that you’re capable of far more. There’s an untapped level of contribution, creativity, or influence within you, and you know it. What you don’t know is how to access it, or what direction it should take. The result is a frustrating mix of ambition and uncertainty: the belief that more is possible, combined with the daily reality of feeling like you’re running in place.
If this describes where you are, you’re not alone. Many talented tech professionals reach this crossroads. The challenge isn’t a lack of ability—it’s figuring out how to shift from being seen as just a contributor to being recognized as a leader, and how to reconnect with the sense of purpose and energy that first drew you into your work.
I’m a partner at an AI firm, entrepreneur, and executive coach to Silicon Valley tech leaders. I spent twenty years successfully climbing the corporate ranks and then ignited my career by turning my side gigs into my source of income.
One of my clients went from an individual contributor to Sr. Director by finally being visible and recognized. An introverted leader finally was granted a CTO role after learning to step into his power and assert himself.

Before working with Chris I was struggling to adjust to the expanded responsibilities of the Senior Manager role, building a team and delegating work effectively. Over six months of us working together I was able to not only improve this but also build my leadership skills in unexpected ways. I developed a deeper relationship with my intuition, allowing me to build my team's skills and capacities, read into unspoken messages on a client call and manage upwards in working with the executive team. Working with Chris greatly sharpened my leadership skills and allowed me to have an increased effectiveness at work, I couldn't recommend it enough.

Before working with Chris, I was highly stressed at work, experiencing headaches, frustration with patients, and negative impacts on my personal life. We co-created a program that focused on developing my inner compass, emotional awareness, and a physical capacity to allow strong emotions to arise and then subside. Although building my emotional capacity is an ongoing journey, I experienced substantial new ability to remain calm under pressure and release the past so I can come home to a joyful environment. I am forever grateful for this experience with Chris and would highly recommend it to anyone. Chris is an amazing individual with amazing insight, and he is so easy to connect and grow with. He truly helped me through a lot in my life, and I wouldnt be where I am today without him as my coach; now friend.
