About Me

I’m Christelle Goblet, founder and CEO of Neolis, a Brussels-based coaching firm helping individuals, teams, and leaders achieve lasting results through tailored coaching and leadership development.

After 20 years as a consultant, working with executives, managers, and teams in industries facing constant change — digital transformation, customer experience, growth challenges — I learned that success is never just about strategy or technology. The real differentiator is people: when individuals understand and use their natural talents every day, they bring energy, focus, and creativity that transform organizations.

At Neolis, our 15+ ICF-certified coaches combine real business experience, Gallup CliftonStrengths expertise, and neuroscience to create practical, results-driven programs. We work with startups, scale-ups, and large enterprises, in English, French, and Dutch, both in person in Brussels and online worldwide.
