About Me

Hi! I’m Christelle, your Self-leadership Awakener Coach / Facilitator, and the founder of Pistachio-Cassis Coaching.
As a Self-Leadership Awakener, I partner with professionals to support them in their professional / personal development, navigating alongside them so that they’re not alone on their discovery journey, while still letting them be the captain who decides the where, the when, the how…
I work with hard-working, busy professional women+ in mid-level management who “just want a better life / career” but feel stuck and unable to move forward, and I empower them to start taking action toward that goal.
I help these professionals get clarity on what to do next and how, as well as find the confidence to deal with the unknown and the uncomfortable. And this clarity and confidence, in turn, help them feel Empowered to Design, Build and then Lead THEIR Life and Career, on their own terms – that is, to Awaken their Self-leadership!
I provide this support through a partner-based development approach which:
• Infuses life coaching principles and techniques into facilitated conversations;
• Adapts coaching practices to the needs, availability, and readiness to invest of busy professionals;
• Builds a bridge between the “real life” of busy professionals and the “coaching” worlds;
• Ignites sparks of self-reflection, leading to firing up the momentum for self-leadership.
This partner-based development approach is the result of a combination between:
• My own professional experience (20+-year international career in the construction and corporate world - during which I created my own non-traditional professional profile, thanks to a rather non-linear career and many ups and downs!);
• Finding myself stuck, knowing I had to make changes, but not knowing what else to do… And
• Discovering, and becoming fascinated by life coaching – to the point of training as a professional life coach and setting up my own practice!
