Hi, I’m Coach Courtney. I’m a certified life and alcohol-free coach who walks the walk and talks the talk. I help adults create sustainable change, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Some of my clients come to me ready to explore a life without alcohol. They’re tired of trying to manage it, or they’ve taken breaks before and know it helped, but they’re unsure what comes next. Others aren’t focused on alcohol at all. They’re navigating stress, transitions, or just feeling stuck and ready for something different.

No matter the starting point, my role is the same: I help you get clear on what matters and take doable steps toward a life that feels aligned.

My own turning point came when I decided to take a break from alcohol as an experiment. That single decision opened the door to more energy, peace, and purpose than I ever expected. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of clients through personal growth, whether around alcohol, self-care, boundaries, or creating habits that actually stick.

I’m certified in life coaching, health coaching, and multiple alcohol-free approaches. I bring a trained ear, a grounded presence, and real-life tools that support lasting change. Before coaching, I spent over 20 years in education and mentoring. I’ve been guiding growth and transformation my whole life, and now I help clients do the same, one meaningful shift at a time.
