About Me

I am first and foremost a husband of 6 years and father to two young boys (4 and 2). I was an elementary teacher for a decade before transitioning into life coaching where I was certified at the Jay Shetty Certification School and have since worked with clients helping them transition through some of life's more complex situations, with parenthood being a big one. My philosophy and coaching style starts with centering in on the clients priorities and values and then expanding outward to look at goals, motivations and small steps to move them forward. By centering our decisions on our priorities, we become more clear and able to create boundaries. Parenting is the most humbling experience and with it comes opportunities to unlearn, relearn and learn new skills and traits as well as growing our bonds with ourselves, our partners and eventually our kids. My process consists of weekly (or bi weekly) hour long sessions, homework assignments to help dive deeper into ourselves and routine check-ins for support, connection and growth.
