About Me

I work with high-functioning individuals who, on paper, are doing well, but internally feel misaligned, stuck, or disconnected from their deeper truth.
I understand that space personally.
From the outside, I had built a life that looked successful. The education. The Human Resources corporate career, filled with promotions and raises. The salary that most dream about reaching. But internally, something was a miss. I found myself pushing, performing, and trying to figure out how to make it all feel better, without feeling truly aligned in how I was living or deciding.
That led me into deeper exploration; therapy, breathwork, journaling, meditation, coaching, and even alternative modalities like ketamine-assisted work. Each opened a door. But the real shift started happening when I started saying YES to myself—consistently, honestly, and without abandoning what I knew was true for me. The support I received when being coached often had some profound access points.
One reason why I choose to build my own coaching practice, to support others, and that’s the space I now hold for my clients.

My coaching blends grounded, logical thinking with intuitive awareness. I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t let you stay stuck in loops that keep you small.
