About Me

Please remember that I'm not the expert in your life or work--you are. To date, I have served over 700 clients at Fortune 500's, cool startups, agencies, and nonprofits alike--across the globe. Someone once referred to me as the "Ted Lasso" of workplace coaching, but I haven't yet seen that TV series so I can only hope that's a good thing.

As a communication coach, confidence coach, and career coach who works with executives and emerging leaders, I've had the privilege of working with some of the coolest, kindest, and smartest people on the planet. It has been a pleasure to travel and break bread with people in 35 countries--and coach clients on all continents (virtually).

Dawid ("DAH-veed") Wiącek is a no-nonsense executive coach who has empowered hundreds of senior executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders across the globe to maximize their brain’s (and heart’s) potential. Wielding a Ted Lasso-like mix of humor with a laser-focused penchant for optimizing performance, and blending executive finesse with Polish farm boy grit, he operates at the intersection of emotional intelligence and mental fitness. Together, Dawid and his clients successfully tackle the ‘hard things’ and achieve meaningful, sustainable, and often life-changing results.

As a coach, Dawid prepares clients for high-stakes conversations, builds rapid trust, boosts their confidence, and enhances their narrative thinking and storytelling skills. He helps clients overcome fears, foster deep collaboration and cross-cultural competence, and enhance individual and team performance, giving organizations the competitive edge they need to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving world.

Prior to his coaching career, Dawid gained valuable experience in Human Resources and Training & Development roles where he honed his skills in empowering individuals and teams to not merely reach but crush their goals.
